Juniors: Running from 4-5:30pm during school terms, the juniors are professionally coached in a fun and engaging way. This is suitable for beginners to advanced players. Coaching is suitable for most ages. Sessions are a mixture of games, drills, coaching and matches.  Your first week is free!

WA Squash Pennants: This is an interclub competition across the Perth metro area. Teams of three compete in divisions determined by the combined ranking of the team members. Official results are recorded on a national ranking system (SportyHQ) and players have an official ranking with WA squash after three matches. There are three seasons per calendar year (Autumn, Winter & Spring).  Each season lasts for 10 weeks, plus finals. There are divisions available for all abilities from beginner to state grade. Players must be a member of  Blue Gum Squash and WA Squash ($120 per year) to play. Costs are then $30 per season, plus $12-$15 per match (depending on the venue).

Ladies League Pennants: This is a WA Squash registered event, where players from clubs are placed into teams of similar ability and play against each other over a period of 10-12 weeks. There are three Monday Ladies League seasons, Autumn, Winter and Spring, and all games are played at the same venue each week, with the venue rotating between participating clubs. Matches are played Monday evenings from 7.00pm. If you are interested in playing Ladies League, please contact the committee for further information. You can register your interest at any time, as reserves are always needed. Players must be a member of  Blue Gum Squash and WA Squash ($120 per year) to play. Costs are then $30 per season, plus $12-$15 per match (depending on the venue).

Social Round Robin: For just $12 (members) or $14 (non-members), you can have a hit against a range of different players on Wednesdays, commencing at 7.30pm. Matches last around 15 minutes, and you will have the chance to play at least three people (usually more if you have the energy to carry on playing!). No membership is required to take part, so feel free to drop by even if you are new to Blue Gum Squash 🙂 Matches are friendly, with players often staying for supper afterwards.

In-House Club Night: Players are placed in leagues of four people appropriate to their playing ability, and take part in matches each Thursday commencing at 7.00pm. Matches are four games of ‘point a rally’ up to 15, and the winner is determined by total points rather than games. There is also an occasional round robin to mix it up a bit. This is a social league, supper is organised by a player each week, and social events are organised throughout the year. Members and casual players are welcome to join.

Each session costs $14 (members), or $16 (non-members), with $2 of this contributing towards supper.

Master’s Squash: Players over 35 years of age are welcome to join Blue Gum Master’s Squash on Friday evenings from 7.30pm.

This is a WA Squash and WA Masters Squash registered event, where players from are placed into teams of similar ability and play against each other over a period of 10-12 weeks. Friday night Master Squash continues throughout the year, with a couple of breaks for other events.

Matches are played Friday evenings If you are interested in playing Masters Squash, please contact the centre for further information. You can register your interest at any time, as reserves are always needed.

There is also an active Masters competition calendar that you can link into, including State Masters Championships, Busselton Teams event, and several individual based tournaments. WA Masters also have a good representation at the National Masters championships, and currently have a couple of World Masters Champions in their ranks.

Saturday Super Social – 10.30am to 12.00pm – $12 members, $14 non-members –  round robin social squash against some high quality opponents, including Mike Corren and Dave Ilich!

Group Training Session – 3.30pm to 5.00pm – $20 per person – Run by mike Corren, this is a session of drills, skills, restricted games and fun that will improve your fitness, your game, and your mental toughness. Come and give it a go!
